St. Joseph Dental received an award from the CA Department of Health Care Services. SRM was awarded for being one of the top 3 performing providers in Sonoma County participating in the Dental Transformation Initiative, specifically Domain 3. The goal of Domain 3 is to increase continuity of care for patients enrolled in Denti-cal. There are incentive payments based on preventative visits in consecutive years. We love seeing our patients year after year and helping improve oral health throughout Sonoma County.
