We are
making significant progress in our efforts to recover from the flood that damaged the 2nd and 3rd floors of the West Tower on Sunday, March 10. Abatement is now complete, and all wall spaces were dry as of Monday, at which time the mitigation vendor began demobilizing their equipment and fans. Work to replace damaged ceiling tiles, flooring, and wall board continues.
The Café dining area re-opened Monday night. Completion timelines are still being finalized for the Café food service area, as well as 3rd floor areas.
