- Explain the benefits of a virtual nursing unit and its impact on both patients and nurses
- Outline the role virtual nurses hold in the health system and where virtual nursing allows for better interdepartmental coordination
- Describe the training and technology needed to stand up a virtual nursing unit
- Share Lessons learned from opening a virtual nursing unit
