The annual Golden Apron award is given out to the volunteer at the Mayors’ Beans & Cornbread luncheon who raised the most money in tips. This year’s winner is Katie Salter (pictured below with Cheryl Presley from Hospice of Lubbock). Katie helped raise more the $3,100 dollars at the event.
Katie is pictured with the coveted “Golden Apron” traveling trophy. Katie will have her name engraved on the trophy and passed on to next year’s winner. Great job, Katie and congratulations!
