More than 46 Covenant Levelland employees and family members showed up on Saturday, April 7 in 28 degree weather to clean up the community. In spite of the frigid weather, more than 700 pounds (out of 1200 total for the community) of trash was collected.
Jeffrey Terrell, 8, son of employee Keri Terrell, was so excited about volunteering that he burned off energy by riding his bike to the hospital, while his mom followed behind him.
