Internal communication channels
InOurCircle (IOC) serves as the primary platform for caregiver news and updates, seamlessly integrating with newsletters, the intranet and the IOC phone app. This is available to anyone with a Swedish or Providence email address.

- MedStaff Core Leaders (department chief, medical directors): Be sure to select the “Swedish Core Leaders” channel.
Intranet (Swedish Online) provides a central hub for internal news, policies, and announcements. The homepage features stories published through InOurCircle.
Tip: Set Swedish Online as your computer’s default homepage to never miss an important announcement (North Division –> Puget Sound –> Swedish Online).
