We’re working to make it easier for core leaders of teams that are integrating to access the HR information available for both legacy populations. Coming April 30, you will be able to view HR policies applicable to all caregivers you manage.
HR policies for legacy St. Joseph Health ministries will now live on the HR portal under the “Resources” tab. HR policies currently live on a variety of platforms (LuciDoc, Policystat, staffhub, Box, etc.) at legacy St. Joseph Health. On April 30, these documents will be migrated over to the HR portal while all non-HR policies will remain in their current location(s).
Caregivers at legacy St. Joseph Health and Covenant Health will have access to the following things on the HR portal on April 30. These are already available for legacy Providence caregivers.
- Centralized storage location for HR policies and forms.
- Expanded content on benefits, well-being, work-life and career development opportunities
- Core Leader Central (for core leaders only)
- Guest access for benefited family members, job candidates and new hires.
