Annual education and workplace safety training has begun

April 2 all caregivers received annual assignments for compliance, privacy and security education, plus workplace safety training. These were added to your HealthStream assignments; please check to ensure they are there.

All the assigned modules must be completed by June 29. If you need help scheduling time to complete your assignments, please speak to your supervisor. If you have direct reports, please work with them to schedule time for completing their assignments.

Our annual conflict-of-interest disclosure process also launched on April 2. This initiative requires action from some but not all caregivers. Those required to complete this survey received an email from PSJH Compliance with a link to the survey portal. If you believe you have a conflict and did not receive the survey link, please discuss this with your supervisor and email PHSSystemIntegrity@providence.org for more information and or to request a conflict of interest disclosure be sent to you.
