Covenant Health is celebrating its centennial this year. KTTZ, the Lubbock, Texas, PBS station, has produced a 1-hour documentary that captures some of the highlights of Covenant’s history and its vital role today in Texas and New Mexico health care.

As the film follows the development of health care in the region, it also chronicles the growth of the overall community. It reflects on the effects of the Great Depression, racial segregation and the challenges faced when Methodist and Catholic organizations merged for the good of the community.
