Great conversations inspire, connect, and heal. “Hello,” was designed by Common Practice, a firm established to create easy-to-use tools that allow communities to directly create the change they wish to see in the world. The mission of Common Practice is to design the practical tools that make these conversation accessible to everyone. Too often, conversations about what matters most to us are avoided – in healthcare, but also in our daily lives.
“Hello,” is designed to help participants develop the skills and confidence to have difficult conversations surrounding living and dying well. Patty Freier is hosting the event on National Healthcare Decisions Day, Monday, April 16 from 9-11:30 a.m. in Knipling. Space is limited, so please RSVP to pfreier@covhs.org by Saturday, April 14.
