What is the Keeping the Covenant (KTC) campaign?
Keeping the Covenant involves major renovations of current facilities, new construction, expanded physician clinics and wellness services, and technology upgrades totaling $450 million. Scheduled to be completed in five to seven years, Keeping the Covenant began with the renovation of Joe Arrington Cancer Research and Treatment Center and ends with a completely new Medical Center West Tower. Employees can participate in this project through giving at different levels.
Dates: Monday, April 2nd – Friday, May 11th.
How do we turn in our completed pledge cards?
Please send ALL of your pledge cards to the Foundation. Lerica will take them to Payroll once they are processed. For additional cards contact Lerica ext. 5.1019.

What if an employee does not have a pre-printed pledge card?
There are blank cards provided in your leader’s packet. What if my employees want to know what their donation is being used for? At your request a Foundation employee will come to your dept. and explain the KTC project and why employee involvement is necessary. It’s our pleasure to share this information with your team members; please do not hesitate to request a presentation!
*Multi-year donors do not have to fill out a card. They have a pledge card in your packets.
