Retirement: When will my contributions start going to Fidelity?

With the coming transition of the retirement program to Fidelity, you may wonder when pre-tax contributions withheld from your paycheck will be sent to Fidelity.

Your pre-tax contribution will continue to be deducted from your paycheck as normal.  New contributions deducted from your paycheck on or after March 30, 2018 will go directly to Fidelity.

On April 6, 2018, the Fidelity Retirement Service Center and NetBenefits website will open. There you can set up your NetBenefits account, enroll in the plan, change your contribution rate and future investment elections, and designate beneficiaries.  Remember, beneficiary information will not automatically transfer from Transamerica to Fidelity; please designate your beneficiary at www.NetBenefits.com on or after April 6.

Please refer to the transition brochure that was mailed to your home in late February for more details – pages 4-6 summarize the key steps and dates in the process.  Fidelity is here to help; please call 800-343-0860 with any questions about the transition.
