Internal access to Employee and Manager Self-Service is fully functional

As a result of recent phishing attacks, portions of ProvConnect/Lawson were taken offline to ensure security. This included internal and external access.

As of Wednesday, April 11, all features are available when accessing ProvConnect/Lawson internally on the PHS network. While we continue to safeguard our system, external access will have limited functionality.

If you are accessing externally and need copies of forms for your tax return or other assistance, please contact the HR Service Center. This includes managers needing to update caregiver files. Call 888-687-3753 between 7:30 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. PDT, Monday-Friday. After business hours, you may leave a message for a return call the next business day. You also have the option to submit questions online via the AskHR tool on the HR portal.

As a reminder, never provide your login and password to anyone. If an email looks suspicious, verify its authenticity with your core leader before clicking on any links it might contain.
