At PSJH, we strive to provide a great caregiver experience – a place where all of our caregivers can feel and bring their very best. Starting in April, we will begin to measure regional progress more frequently to better understand trends over time. This will help us improve on overall engagement, connection to the Mission and our survey follow up.
As a core leader there is no action is required on your part. A random selection of 33 percent of our caregivers in each region will be invited to participate each time. The survey will be sent by Willis Towers Watson and take under 2 minutes to complete. Results will be provided at a region level (due to smaller sample sizes). This survey does not replace our annual Caregiver Experience Survey (scheduled for October 3-17) where our core leaders get robust data on their teams.
